Print Your Label
Once your request is approved, a prepaid shipping label will be generated; simply download, print, and attach it to your original packaging.
Ship It Back
Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location, ensuring all original tags are attached and the garment is in its original condition.
Receive Your Refund
After our warehouse team inspects the returned items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
